By accessing or using Utilora (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Utilora provides free, browser-based utility tools. All computation occurs locally in your browser. We provide the tools “as is” without charge and reserve the right to add, modify, or remove tools at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• –Process data you do not have the right to access or modify
• –Automate requests in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service
• –Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

4. Intellectual property

The Utilora name, logo, and site design are our property. The underlying tool implementations incorporate open-source libraries, each subject to their own licences (MIT, Apache-2.0, etc.). Output generated by the tools belongs to you.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You use the tools at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions made based on their output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utilora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-party content

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
